What shirts/hoodies do you print on?
We print on Uneek 180g/m2 T-shirts and Uneek 60/40 Cotton/Polyester 280 g/m² Hoodies which are super soft and comfy. Be sure to check out the sizing guide before ordering. Also keep in mind that the product you receive can differ slightly from what you see on screen due to setup options on your monitor.
How to get the perfect size?
You should check out our sizing chart first. Then grab your favourite shirt, lay it flat on table, etc. and measure it’s length and width just like it’s shown on our sizing chart. Be advised that your shirt might have shrunk from it’s original size so if you’re between two sizes we would advise going for the larger one.
Will my shirt/hoodie shrink?
Every cotton based garment will shrink to some degree, mostly after the first wash. So if you’re between two sizes we would advise going for the larger one.
Should I wash my shirt/hoodie in any special way?
All our shirts and hoodies are machine washable, we would advise you to turn your garment inside out before washing, wash it at 30 degrees Celsius and if possible hang it out to dry. This way it will shrink less. We also recommend if there is a print design to not iron directly on this area, it’s best to turn your shirt inside out before ironing. This way your shirt will have a long and happy life :)

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept Paypal.
Will I receive receipt or invoice?
Full VAT invoices are sent with each order.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your My account area of the website where you can find your order history and the current status of each order.
My order shipped, but it hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
Most orders shipped arrive within:
UK 1-3 working days
Europe 3-10 working days
Rest of the World 5-15 working days
If your item has not arrived after this time please contact us and we will look into this.
What should I do if I received a defect?
If you believe that shirt you received is defective, please email us at email@example.com . Please include the invoice/order number and attach photos of the areas in question of your item and we will get back to you within 24hours.
How can I return/exchange my order?
If there’s any problem with your order or you’re not happy with your order just drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org describing your problem or use our contact form and we’ll sort it out.
If you wish to return your order that's not a problem, this can be returned directly to us to our address, please enclose a short note with order/invoice number so we know the returned item is yours also stating what you would like in exchange or that a refund is preferred, as long as your item is unworn and unwashed you can return it to us within 20 days of dispatch.
